Yangon/Heho – Kyaing Tong –Tachileik –Yangon

Day 1 Yangon / Heho –Kyaing Tong

Arrived Kyaing Tong Airport late afternoon and transferred to hotel.Visit to Wan-Pauk, the villiage of red clothed Palaung with silver and lacquered waist-bands. Overnight at hotel.

Day 2 Pin Tauk – Wan Lau Village

Visit to Kat Tauk area Pin Tauk area village and then hiking to see Akha and Ann tribes.Picnic lunch at Pin-Tauk Water-fall and visit to see Wan Kan villager making Sake Rise Wine with traditional process and hand making “Saa-pulp” shan paper works of Wan Lau village.
Overnight at hotel.

Day 3 Kyaing Tong Market and Hill Tribe Villages

Today we visit to Kyaing bazaar and see many minority people shopping in morning .And then proceed to Loi-Mwe,the hill top place with peaceful surroundings and have a look at old British colonial governor’s houses and old church.In the afternoon visit to Ho Latt Akha small
village,Naung Cho villiage wa small village and Pang-Y Lahu village.Overnight at hotel.

Day 4 Pan-Kwai Area and Hokyin Moutain

One and half hour drive to Pan-Kwai village and continue upwards to visit Akha’s villages at Hokyin mountain where they stay together in different beliefs. Drive back to Kyaing Tong and overnight at hotel.

Day 5 Mong Kwan and Wan Kwan Village

Drive out to Mong Kwan area with pick-up car or by bike.Visit to Hill top Hwe-Kwai village and Shan Gim Tai Loi people beyond the road.We can see colourful dressed Li-Shaw people and their mud houses at Wan Kwan village and visit to Namp-Wok 3 mega watts hydroelectricity power station.Overnight at hotel.

Day 6 Monglar and Special Reagion No(4) Area

This morning ,three hours drive ( about 56 miles ) to China border and visit Monglar town and special Region No.( 4 ) area.Visit unspoiled Wan Nyet old monastery and Wan Seng village,the Tai Loi’s places near Namp-Lwei stream unreachable at one time,Dway-Nagara golden Pagoda, Drug Elimination Museum,Boundry Post,China Xishaungbanna Entry Gate,Thai Gays Show,Russian Girls Dance,Casino Hall and Multi-tribe garden.Back to Kyaing Tong and overnight at hotel.

Day 7 Trekking to Lahu-Shi Tribe Village

Six hours going and coming back treeking to Lahu-Shi tribe village and overnight at hotel.

Day 8 Treeking to Pan Sang Village and Wa Tribe

Drive to in direction of Taunggyi Road and then trekking to visit Pan Sang village and Wa tribe,Akha’s Q-couct and Pan-Kiam villages,Wun Bo Lahu villige and Pang Yao Lishaw villige and overnight at hotel.

Day 9 Kyaing Tong –Techileik

This morning Drive to Thai border ( about three hours and 102 miles ) Techileik and cross the Myanmar Thai Goodwill Bridge to visit Maesai, the northern most point of Thailand.And then the famous tachileik Tarlaw market souvenir shops,handicraft ware local products of Mekong Regional Countries.Visit to Golden triangle Boundry post and lunch at Golden triangle Hotel.And then proceeds to a great monastry in Golden Triangle Reigon “Phratad Dong Reang” (Mong Phoong),Wan Pong Jetty cruising in the Mekong River to see the joint area of Myanmar-Thai-Loas with long tailed jet boat. Overnight at hotel.

Day 10 Techileik –Yangon

Drive to Dhat Zoam Do Acient Pagoda ,Ann’s Ho Lung village beside the road and transfer to airport and back to Yangon.
