RESERVATION

All services should be booked through Mandalay Hill Travel & Tours.

PAYMENT CONDITION

30% of the net tour amount must be deposit 30 days prior to the arrival by telegraphic telex transfer to  Myanmar Foreign Trade Bank (MFTB):

The rest of the tour amount can be settled in cash on arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation takes effect upon the day of receipt of your written cancellation announcement either by e-mail or fax.

Cancellation fees are as follow:
29 days to 20 days prior to arrival 10% of the tour amount
19 days to 10 days prior to arrival 20% of the tour amount
Less then 10 days prior to arrival 30% of the tour amount

(Note: As an exception, cancellation fees may vary according to the category of hotel, and location.)

RESPONSIBILITY

Mandalay Hill Travel & Tours act only as agent for the passenger in regard to travel whether by railroad, motorcar, motor-coach, boat, airplane or any other means of transport and assume no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occurred either by reason of defect in any vehicle or for any reason what so ever or through irregularities which may be caused through negligent acts or omission on the part of the organizations or individuals providing or engaged in transportation, accommodations or other services relative to the execution of the tour or through natural calamities and other factors beyond their control. They can accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to accident, delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike or other causes. Mandalay Hill Travel & Tours also reserves the right to modify or reverse the original program in the interest of the clients. Mandalay Hill Travel & Tours may substitute flights with train/coach services when deemed necessary due to circumstances unforeseen or beyond its control.

However, Mandalay Hill Travel & Tours will always make full endeavors to keep up the original tour program and arrangements.

REFUND

After commencement of travel, no refund in full or in part will be given for services included in the program and not utilized by the clients.
